  • Well...they could put them in a more interesting pattern. The way they have it now looks like an assembly kit before you've assembled it. Stars over here, stripes over there, and it's all neat and organized and so very unartistic.
re the KBA: Ooh! I hadn't thought of that! Maybe next summer I'll get a chance to paint...

The important thing about adventures, thought Mr Bunnsy, was that they shouldn't be so long as to make you miss mealtimes.

    • I just don't like how it looks, myself. And M is right--I'm a Scottie! Amber, I agree about the assembly kit thing...I don't know. I really like flags like Tunisia's, with a star and moon. That's cool. And I would get tired of red white and blue...

I went to a bar mitzvah today, for a friend. My first one ever. It was great, and the reception after was really fun.

THREE-DAY WEEKEND! YAY! And I'm going skiing tomorrow! FUN!

I like my state's flag 'tis boring and dull and easy to draw when we have to draw it (quite often) see it's the AL flag of course because I LIVE in AL, and it is a white background with a red X from croner to corner.

                  • *sigh* I'm not even going to answer that. Too many reasons, half of them unfair and reasons that should only apply to American politics, but get dumped on ordinary Americans by people who've never even met an American. Granted, we've made a lot of mistakes, but I hate being condemned like that for mistakes that happened when I wasn't even born, and mistakes that I wouldn't have had anything to do with anyway even if I had been born. Oh wait, I guess I did more or less answer it...

The reason why I'm here and not skiing is because it's nasty here. A little snow on the ground, in the thirties, raining/sleeting. Miserable.

Go Iggles! (Eagles. Not that I really care about football anyway.)

*sigh* I'm doomed to using inadequate libraries. We went to check out the university library. I guess I should have expected it; after all, it is a university library. Nothing there for me. I hate Delaware. Probably the most well-stocked library I have access to with the kind of materials that I like to read is the school library.

Has anyone read the Charlie Bone books? I finished the first two, the third one should be out soon, I was told...they look thick, but they're really quick reads, due to the huge margins. The first one is Midnight for Charlie Bone. They're good.

My friend has read those books she says they're good too!

There is no snow on the ground in MN. It's just 3 degrees. My mom is from Philly and the 30's in Delaware feels like the 20's in MN. Just because you guys are closer to the Atlantic than us. Wet cold is worse than dry cold! Even though MN has like 10000 lakes it doesn't make anything damper here.

                      • Hmm. There's more snow on the ground here. Not much. It's like, a degree below zero or something like that. I went down to the mississippi today with some friends, it is soooooooooooooooo awesome!!!!!! It's half frozen this time of year, there's mist all over it, beautiful. It's far away from home and it takes a while to get there, but it's sooooo worth it! And it's a great dog walking place too. We saw a frozen waterfall!!! Awesome!!!!!!!! Now I want to go to Antarctica more than ever...

Do you live up north or somewhere?
I'm right on the border of Wisconsin and St.Paul/Minneapolis.
I'm only an hour away from Hudson!

At YMCA camp a few years ago we went to a waterfall. I love YMCA camp because peeps there are more carefree. We took our shoes of and walked in the cave behind the waterfall. There wasn't even a path or anything! We went in caves and walked through the shallow river's!! I even climbed one of those cliffs. One kid fell of the cliff and landed in the bushes so I wasn't allowed to climb the cliff anymore.

Anyways I had lots of fun!
Has anyone else but me been to Austria.... 7 words. Go there during Christmastime it is AWESOME!!!!!
